3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
4. Exchange Options
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our store. Alternatively, if you need a size or variant exchange, please mention it when you reach out to our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For Damaged/Incorrect Items: Pexaboot will bear the full cost of return shipping.

For Change of Mind/Standard Returns: We offer Free Return Pickups! We will arrange our courier partner to pick up the package from your address at no extra charge to you.
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (or as store credit, depending on your choice).
