1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows depend on your location within India and are calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and an SMS containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • You can track your package directly through our courier partner's tracking portal using the link provided in your email.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a clear photo before opening it and contact us immediately at pexaboot@gmail.com.

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or building security first. If it is still missing, reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Pexaboot only ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our services in the future!
