4. Order Acceptance

  • Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location within India. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines provided at checkout, delivery dates are not guaranteed as external logistics factors are beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our returns, exchange, and refund policy is subject to specific conditions outlined on our dedicated Returns Page.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Perishable goods, customized items, and certain personal care products are exempt from being returned.
