All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
We accept payments through secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and authorized digital wallets.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
3. Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The colors of the products may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings; we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location within India. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines provided at checkout, delivery dates are not guaranteed as external logistics factors are beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our returns, exchange, and refund policy is subject to specific conditions outlined on our dedicated Returns Page.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Perishable goods, customized items, and certain personal care products are exempt from being returned.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belagavi, Karnataka, India.

Do not look directly into the light source or aim the device's light directly at or into the eyes. PEXABOOT assumes no liability for misuse, accidental eye exposure, or injury resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
